Executive Chef Qualifications
- Strong fine dining background - James Beard or Michelin Star level
- Positive leadership style - no temper or attitude - collaborate with Service Team
- Both creative ability and high execution standards
- Experience working with local farmers and purveyors helpful
- Understand working in a remote market
- Great salary
