We are seeking a Traveling Field Technician "preferably with a valid Class A CDL (manual transmission only)" to join our team. This role involves extensive travel and hands-on technical work in various environmental conditions, with 90% field operations / 10% driving.
Field Technician Responsibilities :
- Safely operate and transport equipment to and from job sites
- Assist with rigging up, project work, and other field operations
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and industry safety regulations
- Maintain and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Load, unload, pull, lift, and carry heavy materials and equipment as needed
- Enter and exit trenches, confined spaces, and elevated work areas using ladders or ramps
- Work in various terrain, soil conditions, and extreme weather conditions
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assigned vehicles and equipment
- Adapt to changing work schedules and job assignments as directed by project management
