To Apply for this Job Click Here Fast-growing Food Production Company is seeking a Controller to join their team and oversee all the day-to-day accounting functions for the company including general ledger, financial reporting, managing cash flow, account reconciliations, and assisting in the budgeting process. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience with a food production company or other manufacturing industry.
Financial Controller Responsibilities :
- General Ledger reconciliations
- Month-end close and financial statement preparation
- Supervise all accounting staff
- Analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit, and loss statement
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of consolidated and departmental financial statements
- Strong ability to implement process change and develop procedures to enhance efficiencies to move accounting processes forward
- Provide accounting staff support and guidance in resolving operational challenges
