As a key member of our team, the Controller will play a critical role in coordinating financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, and leveraging strong business system skills (particularly QuickBooks and Excel) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
The Controller will be responsible for setting clear objectives and realistic goals for the finance and office staff, ensuring timely reconciliation of financial statements on a monthly basis, developing and maintaining cash flow strategies across all companies, and ensuring accurate balancing of bank statements each month.
