Looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef with high volume experience and solid tenure at previous jobs.

Leadership is looking for the following characteristics (Please read carefully)

• Lives in Charleston or has lived and worked in Charleston before
• Has Experience in southern cooking techniques: Frying, Smoking, Braising, Boiling, Simmering, Slow Cooking, Blackening, Pickling
• Understands an independent restaurant
• High Volume - This restaurant is doing 10 million annually
• This is a working chef on the line each day, taking charge, creating specials, hiring new employees, training and developing
