About The Role

As a Full Stack Principal Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. You will collaborate closely with a talented team to build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure systems. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the technical direction of a rapidly evolving company and mentor the next generation of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end software solutions, from concept to deployment.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Influence the technical direction of the company and stay abreast of emerging technologies.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure systems with a focus on data security and privacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, operations) to achieve project goals.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7 years of proven experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on end-to-end product development.
• Full-stack development experience with expertise in multiple programming languages.
• Experience with AI/ML model engineering and deployment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably within the insurtech or startup ecosystem.
