Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced General Liability Attorney to join their team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general liability litigation and a demonstrated history of consistent tenure in previous roles.

General Liability Attorney Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of general liability cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct depositions, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective case strategies.
  
  

General Liability Attorney Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
• Proven experience in general liability litigation.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• A solid history of professional tenure and commitment.
