- At least 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, with a minimum of 3 years in an Assistant General Manager role
- A proven track record of motivating and developing a team that thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong background in overseeing hotel financials and implementing action plans to improve performance
- Expertise in managing the F&B departments, with a special focus on conferences and events
- Ability to drive guest satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence
