Extended Stay Sector Hotel Regional Sales Director
Are you ready to join an exciting growing extended-stay hotel concept! We are seeking a Sales Director to support our growth. The Sales Director will lead our strategic business objectives for sales volume, revenue generation, and account penetration within our growth markets. A key function of this position is to capture market intelligence, and trends and highlight opportunities for new markets we enter. Our Sales Director will partner with the General Manager(s) to develop sales and marketing plans and assist with closing sales leads.

Sales Director Job Qualifications
- Sales experience within Corporate Sales, Relocation, Government, Military, Sports, Construction, and Medical
- Locations to include Detroit, Grand Rapids, Rogers AR and Tulsa OK - travel approximately 75% all expenses paid
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and its facilities
- Ability to travel 80% of the time
- Hospitality experience is required
- 3 years Extended Stay sales experience preferred
- Salary up to $85,000 plus 20%bonus =100K
