Housekeeping Manager Qualifications
- 2 years as a housekeeping Manager in a seasonal, boutique property
- 3 years of excellent tenure with progressive responsibilities and positions
- Respectful and hands-on leadership style
- Personable and hospitable personality
- Experience with J-1 employee program
- Experience with Task Force positions is preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is preferred
- Manage the housekeeping team with professionalism and integrity
- Work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest experience
- Collaborate with the hotel department leaders to craft a great guest experience
- Work task force positions in the off-season as assigned (housing provided)
- Excellent base pay starting at $65k
