Our client, in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator for their organization. HR Administrator Compensation And Benefits
- Annual salary between $60-$75k
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid Time Off (PTO) plan
- 401(k)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least three years of human resources generalist experience in a manufacturing facility
- Ability to be a self-starter who can manage multiple shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Handle all employee recruiting and retention efforts across the plant including hiring, orientation, and offboarding
- Process all benefits-related materials including employee leaves of absence
- Process payroll in the HRIS
- Maintain employee files in the HRIS with utmost accuracy
- File annual reports to ensure compliance
- Act as the liaison for employee relations
