Are you a dynamic HR professional with a passion for hospitality? We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team! This role requires a strong background in human resources in the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within this space.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted HR partner to management and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and hospitality industry regulations
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top hospitality talent
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion
• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with wage and labor laws
• Develop and update Handbooks and implement training programs to enhance employee development and engagement
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including OSHA, FMLA, FLSA, and EEO
• Support HR initiatives and employee engagement
  
  

HR Generalist Qualifications

• 2 years of HR experience in the hospitality industry (restaurant or hotel HR experience is required)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices within a hospitality setting
• Experience in onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
