- Configure, maintain, and optimize IT/OT systems, including AMI, GIS, and Meter Data Management (MDM) platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system applications, integrations, and data exchanges.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and address hardware or communication failures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate reports, queries, and data analyses for operational insights.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to support system upgrades and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, change management policies, and regulatory standards.
- Provide on-call support for critical system alerts and participate in emergency response operations as needed.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, OT, or a related field.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting IT applications, preferably within a utility or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of AMI, GIS (ESRI/GE Smallworld), and utility metering systems is preferred.
- Strong understanding of databases, reporting tools, and system integrations.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and within teams.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional travel for training or vendor meetings.
