IT Support Technician 2 Responsibilities :
- Oversee significant hardware and software upgrades, as well as monitor SQL databases.
- Assist with network design, server installations, and management of phone systems.
- Troubleshoot productivity software and maintain essential system documentation.
- Ensure smooth data backups and coordinate with external service providers.
