Join us and bring :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in civil design, especially with stormwater management, drainage, and grading
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is great, but your hands-on experience matters too
- We're looking for someone with strong problem-solving and project-management skills to join our team
- If you're proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software, that’s a big plus!
- We value teamwork and good communication skills, so being a team player is important
- If you have some familiarity with California permitting, that would be fantastic
- Bonus points if you have experience with battery storage or solar energy
