Litigation Associate Attorney Compensation & Benefits

Litigation Associate Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities

• 3 years of civil litigation experience, including trials, with a strong success record.
• Skilled in depositions, witness examinations, and motion practice.
• OH Bar admission in good standing
• Manage civil litigation cases in state and federal courts from inception to appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents; prepare for hearings, depositions, and trial
• Capable of managing a caseload both collaboratively and independently
