We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to lead and manage our administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless day-to-day functionality of our office while fostering a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and visitors.
Office Manager Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and payroll processes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, providing timely reminders to staff about upcoming events.
- Maintain and manage inventory of office supplies, ordering additional stock as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor accounts payable and ensure all invoices are processed and paid promptly.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing general support to address their needs and inquiries.
- An associate degree is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other essential computer applications.
- Minimum of three years of experience in administrative, customer service, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
