- Handle scheduling and calendar management for team members or executives.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and events.
- Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
