We are in search of a dynamic Operations Manager to join a highly successful supplier in the Home Improvement sector. The ideal candidate will be well-positioned for rapid advancement to a Director role.

Operations Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree or MBA
• 6 Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred
• 7 years of experience in distribution and some high-level leadership
• Experience in raising operational efficiency, coaching and developing, budgeting, and process improvement
• Provide leadership within an energetic distribution environment
• Drive operational improvements
• Provide strategic vision and planning
• Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders
• Lead the team
