Partner-Level Trust & Estates Attorney Benefits And Compensation

• Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000-$150,000
• Quarterly bonuses
• Work-life balance being remote (except for court appearances)

Partner-Level Trust & Estates Attorney Qualifications And Responsibilities

Must be barred in New Jersey or New York with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Knowledge to guide clients in creating wills, trusts, and other related matters
• Display exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
• Showcase strong attention to detail, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Efficiently oversee the administration of estates and trusts
• Ability to support clients in court appearances and negotiate on their behalf
• Book of business/active caseload
