Program Manager – New Product Development (NPD)
Location: Burlington, WA
Are you passionate about innovation, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration? We’re looking for a Program Manager – NPD to lead exciting product development initiatives, from new concepts to product modifications in ventilation, purification systems, or similar industries.

Program Manager – New Product Development (NPD)

Are you passionate about innovation, product strategy, and cross-functional collaboration? We’re looking for a Program Manager – NPD to lead exciting product development initiatives, from new concepts to product modifications in ventilation, purification systems, or similar industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage project communication, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Develop new product concepts considering aesthetics, marketing, and new market industries
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing to drive successful launches
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 year of program management & 3 years in NPD
- Experience in ventilation, air purification systems, or related industries preferred
- $80K - $90K
