Project Manager - Plumbing And HVAC Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage HVAC and plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
• Coordinate installation of HVAC equipment, piping, ductwork, and commercial plumbing systems per plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality control and project milestones are met
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications to develop schedules and track project progress
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, regulations, and safety standards (including OSHA requirements)
• Oversee ARC (Air Conditioning and Refrigeration) installations, system testing, and commissioning
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in coordination with field teams, including system malfunctions and warranty work
• Monitor project budgets, material procurement, and change orders
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to maintain clear communication and resolve project challenges
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to field crews and junior staff
  
  

Project Manager - Plumbing And HVAC Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing industries
• Proven knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing system installations, maintenance, and service
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, mechanical drawings, and specifications
• Valid HVAC/Plumbing Trade License required
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Experience with VRF systems, Daikin, Mitsubishi, or similar manufacturers preferred
• Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
