Primary Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC & Plumbing projects.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Contribute to the development of company-wide policies and procedures related to estimating and project management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial estimating for HVAC & Plumbing projects.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and proposals on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of industry-specific software, including Trimble/QuickPen or Fast Pipe.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
