We seek a Regional Development Manager to develop and manage commercial insurance agency/broker relationships, including developing new and retaining existing business within the NJ, PA, and VA territories. If you have retail agency relationships and know how to work with agents, resalers, and wholesalers, we would love to speak with you!

Qualifications For The Regional Development Manager

• Minimum of 6 years of agency management/territory management experience
• Minimum of 6 years of commercial lines insurance experience
• Ability to travel throughout a multi-state territory
• Comprehensive knowledge of the commercial lines insurance industry and products
• Solid management skills, including good oral and written communications

• Develop and manage agency/broker relationships
• Review, analyze, quote/decline policies
• Act as company liaison regarding business opportunities and resolutions
