We are recruiting a Regional Sales Manager (Southeast US) to join a growing team and help expand market share in partnership with a national retailer. This role, reports to the VP of Sales and focuses on developing new business opportunities, driving growth, and building strong relationships within the region. Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Expand company and client market share growth
• Analyze sales data & create/execute action plans
• Develop strong relationships with the client at all levels
• Conduct product demos & “Train the Trainer” programs
• Support new product launches, store resets/remodels
• Plan & execute customer visits, events, and meetings
  
  

Regional Sales Manager Requirements

• 5 years of big-box retail sales experience
• Post-secondary education is a plus, but not required
• Background in retail, manufacturing, or account management (home improvement vertical)
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Overnight travel up to 70%
