Our client, a respected provider of remote bookkeeping and accounting services for multi-unit companies, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Operations Manager. If you're a proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you!
100% fully remote position!
Candidates must reside in one of the following States : AL, FL, GA, ID, MI, MD, MS, NC, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WI, UT
Bookkeeping Operations Manager Responsibilities and Qualifications :
- 5 years of full-cycle accounting / bookkeeping experience
- Supervisory or Management experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
- Experience with multi-unit or multi-client environments required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel is required
- Expertise in transactional bookkeeping and strong financial reporting and analysis skills
- Experience with billable hours is highly desirable
- Experience managing a team of at least 5 full-cycle Bookkeeping professionals
- Oversee month-end closing processes and reporting
