We are actively looking for a passionate, hospitality-driven Resort Hotel General Manager to lead our team. As the Hotel GM of this 40 -room property, you are responsible for maximizing the financial performance of the hotel by providing the highest possible quality guest service and by encouraging a positive work environment for all employees.
We need to reenergize this property through enhanced guest experience and an earnest reconnection with our local community. The ideal candidate for this position will not only be able to provide basic management duties but will need to be creative in our development and be able to help the owner’s vision come to fruition. It is an exciting position for someone who really wants to contribute to a wonderful history of hospitality and provide a truly unique experience.

- Complete availability
- At least 5 years hotel experience
- Some Spanish
- Required software: Microsoft and Google Suite, MEWS PMS Channel Management
