Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance and front desk
- Implement and maintain operational standards and ensure quality assurance
- Develop and monitor hotel budgets, manage financials, and meet revenue targets
- Oversee and train hotel staff to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Promote and implement marketing strategies to increase bookings and hotel visibility
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead a team, inspire staff, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel management software and systems
