Restaurant Manager Responsibilities

• Team Work - bring employees together and motivate them to provide an excellent customer experience every time
• Ensure policies and procedures are upheld at all times
• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times
• Responsible for cash control in compliance with company policy
• Ensure that all food is consistently prepared and served according to presentation standards and recipes
• Be proactive in reaching our company goals in sales, service, and appearance, while creating a positive, fun, and productive work environment
  
  

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements

• 1 year of full P&L and Team Management experience—overseeing at least 20 people
• Ability to be a leader, knowing how to build strong professional relationships with your staff
• Previous experience in training roles is a huge plus!

Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits

• Salary range of $45,000-$47,500 annually. This is an hourly position: 18.00 per hour plus overtime and tip share
