Restaurant Executive Chef Requirements

• 3 to 5 years Executive Chef Experience in a high volume kitchen
• Experience with upscale casual cuisine prepared from scratch
• Have loyalty and great tenures
• Be a collaborative leader, strong positive culture
  
  

Restaurant Executive Chef Responsibilities

• Develop, train, support and lead the team
• Leader of all aspects of the culinary department
• Hand on leadership presence
• Financially savvy, cost controls, administrative duties
