Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow and impeccable guest experiences
• Ensure staff is well-trained, engaged, and high-performing, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Implement and uphold restaurant standards in service, quality, and cleanliness
• Manage inventory, ordering, and control costs to maximize profitability
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset
• Maintain high operational standards while staying true to the restaurant’s unique brand identity
