Restoration General Manager Responsibilities;

• Business – create and execute growth strategies to increase market share
• Operations – oversee key daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability and quality
• Finances – develop annual budget, monitor performance and course correct as needed
• Culture – recruit, train and mentor a collaborative, supportive team of professionals
• Reputation – ensure all projects exceed customer expectations and industry standards
  
  

Restoration General Manager Requirements

• General Manager experience in home restoration, renovation, or new build
• Proven results in business building, revenue growth, and profitability increase
• Demonstrated team, network, and relationship building abilities
