The Engineering Manager leads technical projects for manufacturing and warehousing equipment upgrades. This role ensures project execution aligns with business objectives, plant safety, quality, and productivity initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a technical team to execute manufacturing and warehousing equipment upgrades.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and process improvements.
- Manage capital expenditures, track project budgets, and ensure timely execution.
- Streamline project management processes to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, specialists, and contractors.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and equipment manufacturers.
