Social Work Program Manager Qualifications include but are not limited to :
- 3 years of experience managing social work programs or services.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
- Ability to get North Carolina Social Work licensure (LCSW or LCSWA preferred).
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate community-based programs.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
