We are seeking a Sr. Operations Manager in the Triad area for a highly successful consumer products supplier to the Home Improvement industry. The right candidate is slated to be on a fast track to a Director position.

Sr. Operations Manager Key Responsibilities

Sr. Operations Manager Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA desirable)
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• 7 years of distribution experience with some high-level leadership experience
• Experience in improving operational efficiency, developing people, budgeting, process improvement
