What You’ll Do

• Own the monthly close process from start to finish.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries with precision.
• Manage a patent license revenue tracker for accurate accounting.
• Ensure seamless automated transactions with Microsoft Dynamics and True Commerce EDI.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve discrepancies and enhance efficiency.
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Experience: 1 years in journal entries, reconciliations, or high-volume transaction settings.
• Excel Wizardry: Advanced skills with formulas and data analysis.
• Tech Savvy: ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with consumer products and big-box retailer processes is a huge plus.
• Communication Skills: Confident, proactive, and ready to partner across teams.
