- Strategic Planning
- Transformation Leadership
- Project & Program Management '
- Change Management
- 15 or more years in strategic planning, program management, or management consulting
- 5 or more years in leadership: manufacturing and B2B in steel, ceramics, and precision components
- Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related
- Proven Project Management expertise, change management, and collaboration within the manufacturing/plant environments
- Strategic automotive manufacturing planning experience is a must
- Salary: $180,000
- Bonus- potentially 25% of base
