Territory Sales Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Experience: 2 years in B2B sales, preferably in restoration, construction, or a related field
• Sales Success: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a sales plan to expand presence in the commercial property sector
• Client Engagement: Identify and nurture long-term partnerships through networking and industry events
