VP Of Operations Qualifications
- Must have Hotel GM experience. Minimum 10 to 15 years within progressive hotel management, with VP or higher role of at least 4 years.
- Experience leading over 15 select service/limited service hotels at a time
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Frequent travel required
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and other stakeholders
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively.
- Overseeing all hotel operations: This includes front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, sales, and guest services.
- Recruiting, training, and developing hotel management teams
- Developing and implementing succession planning
- Working with revenue management teams to optimize pricing and occupancy
- Developing and implementing operational plans and budgets
- Relo assistance provided along with temp housing
