Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Operations to lead and scale operations across our three dynamic restaurants in the Buffalo area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving results, building strong teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for all three restaurant locations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Manage and develop location General Managers and support staff.
- Implement and refine operational systems, processes, and best practices.
- Analyze performance metrics (sales, labor, food costs, customer satisfaction) to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead hiring, training, and retention strategies in partnership with HR.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with ownership on strategic planning and expansion initiatives.
- Maintain a strong presence in each location and foster a culture of accountability and hospitality.
Requirements:
- 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (Director level preferred).
- Proven leadership and team development skills.
- Strong financial acumen—able to interpret P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting.
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Experience implementing systems (inventory, scheduling, training, etc.).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
