Key Responsibilities :

Delivering Vehicles :

Assist sales associates with feature presentations of newly purchased vehicles.

Arrange the first scheduled service.

Ensure customers understand the operation of all technology and special features.

Provide follow-up support for any questions.

Notify the proper manager if there is any customer dissatisfaction.

Complete all steps of the manufacturer’s suggested delivery process.

Ensure customer satisfaction before they leave the dealership.

Managing New and Used Vehicle Inventory :

Check in and inspect new arrivals.

Complete necessary paperwork to initiate vehicles' pass through service.

Follow up with service to get vehicles on the lot efficiently.

Ensure vehicles are tagged properly, and all compliance buyer’s guides are displayed.

Take photos of all vehicles and ensure they are marketed correctly.

Manage listing enhancements on third-party websites.

Create social media updates with walkaround videos.

Monitor websites for proper displays.

Managing the Lot :

Ensure vehicles are displayed in proper condition and periodically cleaned and inspected for issues.

Periodically inspect the lot for cleanliness.

Prepare and assist during snow removal.

Alert management team if anything needs attention.

Be available for transporting people or vehicles between stores when time allows.

Job Requirements :

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Friendly personality with quality customer service skills.

Strong communication skills.

Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
