Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
- Sell the complete G3 Line including auto, light truck, medium truck, heavy truck, farm, specialty tires and retreads.
- Sell the full-service concept offered by the Commercial Centers to the commercial customer, including alignments and other services, Wing-fil and rim & amp, and wheel services.
- Service walk-in customers by communicating necessary information to facilitate sales.
- Use proper billing procedures and credit approval procedures.
- Answer and / or direct all phone inquiries in a professional manner.
- Follow all established sales and marketing programs within the Goodyear Tire and Service Center, including selling at established pricing guidelines.
- Attend sales training and continually working to improve sales skills.
- Provide "Service Excellence - Always" to meet the service goals of the location and of guests.
- Document work performed on service ticket
- Comply with all safety and liability guidelines and policies
- All other duties as assigned by management.
