The Mastery Team develops and delivers product & skills training to Google sales & services teams, as well as external client & agency partners. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure successful outcomes while adhering to timelines and budgets. Position Responsibilities
As a GOC Program Management Senior Specialist, you will own the planning, execution, and delivery of key programs and projects. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure successful outcomes while adhering to timelines and budgets. You will also play a critical role in evaluating new program requests and ensuring they are set up for success.Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management in collaboration with Mastery’s PMO for learning programs and prioritized projects.
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules.
- Work cross-functionally with teams within Mastery to ensure critical paths are on track. Assist with resource planning, track deliverables, and task completion and follow up on action items.
- Manage project status, deliverable timelines, and completion rates.
- Interface with multiple stakeholders at various levels within the organization to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to quality standards. Audience can vary from team members to key executives.
- Communicate project status, progress, and escalating issues to stakeholders.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion, identify root causes of misses, and document opportunities for improvement.
- Create playbooks, various support documentation, and templates to execute support for programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 years experience in project management roles, managing projects across multiple organizations/global functional teams,
- Experience working with complex stakeholders on project plan creation, project tracking and coordination, analysis and communications.
- Continuous improvement experience in line with Lean Six Sigma or other similar framework.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience working with a variety of stakeholder levels within an organization
- Proven analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills; a mindset for testing and using data to enhance program efficacy
Preferred qualifications
Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable:
- Experience operating in a PMI or ADDIE driven organization
- Operational experience, process improvement and automation soft skills.
- Experience working in a program management based software environment including but not limited to Asana, Smartsheets, Monday, JIRA, etc.
- Learning management system knowledge and exposure to ADDIE
- PMP Certification
