As a Project Manager on our team, you will create comprehensive action plans and roadmaps to direct resources, budgets and timeframes for projects. You will perform various coordination duties such as scheduling and planning of F2F, offsite meetings, ongoing stakeholder and leadership reviews.
In this role you will focus on administrative tasks to assist program managers with organizing and streamlining project activities. These tasks will include coordination of meetings, resources and stakeholders, and critical documentation. Project Coordinators will drive project execution with focus on timely delivery and documentation of key decisions or information materials.

Position Responsibilities
- Participate in project scoping meetings and propose implementation ideas
- Plan project goals, timelines, and risk mitigation tactics
- Monitor assigned projects and coordinate with various team members to keep workflow on track
- Organize and maintain project documentation in internal and external tools for seamless access and reference
- Preparing project proposals, charters, meeting minutes, emails and project communications including newsletters and project status reviews
- Overall 5 years experience in project management roles, coordinating projects across multiple organizations/global functional teams
- Working with complex stakeholders on project plan creation, estimation, business process mapping, flow charts and diagrams
- Hands on experience with managing data on excel, doc etc
- PMP / PMI certifications
- Experience in delivering using both Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- Strong process orientation and familiarity with process mapping tools, flow charts and data flows
- Stakeholder management, requirement gathering, cross functional collaboration
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Familiarity with program management, collaboration software and processes and tools
- Experience in automation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement techniques
