Your Role and Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Account Executive, your mission will be to develop a profitable book of business by :
  • Identifying and nurturing relationships with referral partners in the real estate and mortgage sectors.
  • Collaborating with clients to assess their insurance needs, exploring options from our extensive carrier portfolio, and presenting tailored solutions to reduce household risks.

Compensation Overview

The Sales Account Executive position is designed for success, with an average first-year on-target earnings of $90,000 . Our competitive package includes a solid base salary plus unlimited commission potential, along with a conditional sign-on bonus. Furthermore, you'll be eligible for renewal commissions annually, leading to passive income growth and higher earnings over time.

Training, Licensing, and Requirements

  • Goosehead covers the costs for all necessary training courses and exam fees needed to obtain your insurance license.
  • This position is contingent upon passing your licensing exam, acquiring the state-issued license, and successfully completing Goosehead's comprehensive training program starting on your first day.
  • No prior experience is necessary; we provide extensive training in salesforce.com, sales processes, and business development.

  • Bachelor's degree with a preference for a 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass the state licensing exam after being hired.
