Mascot Performer

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Mascot. The ideal candidate will embody the spirit of our brand, engaging with audiences of all ages, particularly children, at various events and activities. This role requires a creative personality who can entertain, educate, and communicate effectively while wearing a mascot costume.

Responsibilities

• Perform as the mascot at events, parades, and community gatherings, bringing energy and excitement to each appearance.
• Interact with children and families in a friendly and engaging manner, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
• Participate in promotional activities, including photo opportunities and giveaways, while maintaining character integrity.
• Educate audiences about our brand through fun and interactive presentations.
• Collaborate with event coordinators to plan routines and performances that align with event themes.
• Incorporate dance moves or theatrical elements into performances to enhance entertainment value.

Skills

• Experience in theater or performing arts is highly desirable for effective character portrayal.
• Strong communication skills to engage with diverse audiences, especially children.
• Dance skills are a plus for creating lively performances that captivate audiences.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 6 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Weekends as needed
