Customer Care Expert (Hybrid)

Gopher Sport, a leader in innovative solutions to help people lead active and healthy lives, is adding Customer Care Experts to our award-winning Contact Center Team!

Consistent growth opportunities are available in our multistage service career path. This position is located in Owatonna, MN and will require being on-site four days per week.

Earn $23.50 per hour to start with the potential to increase your hourly pay up to 5% after 6 months! Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and other outlined prerequisites to earn up to an additional 5% increase with each career path progression! Annual merit increases are available based on your performance too!

To be considered for this role you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-5 years’ experience in a service contact center, be computer savvy, proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System, reliable, flexible, and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Care Expert, you will handle customer calls, emails, and web chats. You’ll collaborate with internal and external resources, to effectively manage the execution of large projects, collect payments, and resolve issues with suppliers and carriers. You’ll help customers with a variety of needs, including complex credit and collections processes.

What will you be doing?

Ensure FAST, responsive customer experiences by being available for and responding to incoming calls, emails, and web chats. You’ll make outbound customer contacts as needed to manage projects and collections efforts. Project FRIENDLY attitudes and behaviors on all customer contacts by adhering to quality expectations. Go the extra mile to resolve customer requests, accurately, on the first contact, to make sure we’re EASY to do business with. Support RIGHT, accurate experiences by executing best practices and processes on various transactions including orders, quotes, and returns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years in a service contact center
• Computer savvy, proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating System
• Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
