Key responsibilities :
- Complete the installation of windows and doors in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Install or assist with door chargeable services, corporate in-house construction projects and residential and commercial projects.
- Assist in field training of additional installers.
- Identify and repair potential service-related concerns.
- Initiate and maintain safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Protect, maintain, repair as needed the company, client and contractors’ property on site.
We’re excited if this is you :
- 4 years of window and door installation experience.
- Skilled with the proper use and function of carpentry bench and hand tools.
- General knowledge of carpentry with extensive experience measuring and cutting.
- One year of construction related experience.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure.
- Accurately apply basic mathematical concepts to calculate percentages and or geometric sums.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Possess or be willing to test for a Missouri Class E driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
