Louis Metro area. We install Marvin Windows & Doors. Jacob is looking for experienced window and door installers at this time.

We are looking for experienced, professional, self-motivated individuals who can work with minimal supervision. We are looking for both W2 employees as well as 10-99 subcontractors.
Essential Functions include : Maintaining a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers Respecting customers’ property and leave the work area clean Providing customers with information on care, upkeep, function, etc.
of their replacement windows and doors Install replacement windows from the inside of the home Window and Door Candidates : Requirements : Subcontractors must have General liability and workers compensation insurance Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for transporting products safely to work locations Needs to be EPA certified for Lead safe jobs.
Not certified yet, no worries. We will schedule you a class and help you get certified. Must have your own tools (Can discuss further) Have strong attention to detail.
Need 6 months of basic construction experience, preferably have some replacement window experience What we offer : High quality products and premium materials All jobs are staged the night prior for and easy in and out load out each morning Competitive pay!! 10-99 Sub Crews have potential to make $200-400k Enjoy W2 employment with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401k with employer match.
