We are seeking an experienced and visionary individual to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Marketing Lead. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and creativity to drive marketing initiatives that generate leads, promote thought leadership, and enhance our brand presence in the market. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading the marketing team, creating sales materials, thought leadership pieces, and call-to-action content, and overseeing the distribution of marketing materials across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership, Management, and Accountability:
- Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with company strategy.
- Manage and hold team members accountable for their performance through regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads for recruiting efforts, seller prospects, and buyer prospects, leveraging various marketing channels and tactics.
Sales Materials and Sales Funnels:
- Design and produce sales materials, including flyers and offering memorandums, to showcase properties and attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Develop effective sales funnels to guide prospects through the buying or leasing process and facilitate conversions.
Create Thought Leadership Pieces:
- Produce thought leadership content, such as articles, white papers, and blog posts, to support our company position as an industry leader and trusted advisor.
Create Call to Action Content:
- Develop compelling call-to-action content to drive engagement and encourage prospects to take the next steps.
Distribution of Marketing Materials:
- Oversee the distribution of marketing materials through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and direct mail campaigns.
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain communication with clients and prospects.
Social Media:
- Manage social media accounts and develop content strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and Distribute a Newsletter:
- Create and distribute a newsletter to clients, prospects, and industry contacts, highlighting company updates, market trends, and thought leadership content.
Ghostwrite Articles and Press Releases:
- Write and edit articles, press releases, and other content on behalf of company executives and thought leaders to generate positive publicity and media coverage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate or a related industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
